Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je popis zdravotních účinků vína na lidský organismus. Na začátku jsou popsané informace o definici alkoholu, jeho rozdělení, dále historie konzumace alkoholu, historie léčení vína a historie pěstování révy vinné u nás a v neposlední řadě chemické složení vína. The topic of this bachelor thesis is a description of the health effects of wine on the human organism.
