Nursing Process in Care of Patient with Liver Cirhosis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelského procesu u konkrétního pacienta s jaterní cirhózou. Počet pacientů s cirhózou jater se zvyšuje každý rok a je jednou z mála chorob, které se vyskytuje v dospělém produktivním věku, než-li ve stáří. Díky zvyšujícímu se počtu pacientů v produktivním věku a nákladnou léčbou, kterou je většinou transplantace jater, lze konstatovat, že představuje značnou ekonomickou zátěž pro dnešní společnost. Cílem práce je vytvoření názorného plánu péče vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International taxomanie II, jež se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje jaterní cirhózu, etiologii, příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu, komplikace, prognózu, roli sestry a edukaci. Praktická část se zabývá vypracováním ošetřovatelského procesu u konkrétní pacientky s jaterní cirhózou, který vychází ze stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International taxomanie II, vztahujících se ke konkrétním potřebám této pacientky. Dále obsahuje ošetřovatelské posouzení, které shrnuje období hospitalizace na interní jednotce intenzivní péče a na standardním interním oddělení.

Abstract:

My Bachelor thesis deals with nursing proces of patient with liver cirrhosis. The number of patients with liver cirrhosis is increasing every year and it is one of the illnesses, which occurs often in adult working age than in old age. Thanks to growing number of ill people in productive age and expensive treatment, which is mostly the liver transplantation, we can submit that this sickness represent considerable economic burden for our society today. The purpose of the thesis is creating of the schematic plan of care based on nursing diagnoses NANDA International taxomanie II, which relate to specific needs of the individual. The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part characterizes cirrhosis, etiology, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, complications, prognosis, the role of nurse and education. The practical part deals with the development of the nursing process in a particular patient with liver cirrhosis, which is based on a set of nursing diagnoses NANDA International taxomanie II, relating to the particular needs of the patient. It also includes nursing assessment, which summarizes period of hospitalization on internal intensive care unit and the standard internal departments.
