Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá komplexním pohledem na problematiku homosexuálních svazků. Věnuje se jak vymezení samotného pojmu manželství, tak popisu pojmu diskriminace, včetně jejich zakotvení v právním řádu České republiky. This work deals with a comprehensive view of the issue of homosexual relationship. It deals with the definition of the of marriage and a description of the concept of discrimination, including their legislation in the Czech Republic.
