Abstract:
Oběžná dráha Země, jakožto prostor pro umístění telekomunikačních satelitů a jiných objektů, má pro hospodářský rozvoj společnosti rostoucí význam. Závažný problém ovšem představuje znečištění tzv. vesmírným odpadem z lidské činnosti. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na znečištění zemské orbity ve vztahu k instituci vlastnictví.
