Possibilities of using social farming when working with families

Abstract:

Cílem absolventské práce je konceptualizace tématu sociálního zemědělství při práci s rodinami a vypracování analýzy potřebnosti projektu zaměřeného na realizaci sociální farmy, kterou mohou rodiny využívat za účelem zvýšení jejich šancí na trhu práce a posílení jejich sociální inkluze. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na úvod do problematiky sociálního zemědělství, osvětluje tento pojem a definuje teoretická východiska. Dále se práce věnuje tématu propojení sociálního zemědělství při práci s rodinami s teorií, metodami a technikami sociální práce. Práce také popisuje roli sociálních farem v sociální politice, i jejich význam při práci s rodinami. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu potřebnosti sociální farmy, která se zaměřuje na práci s rodinami.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to conceptualize the topic of social agriculture in working with families and to develop an analysis of the project's needs in social agriculture. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on an introduction to the issue of social agriculture, explains this concept and defines the theoretical framework. The thesis also addresses the connection between social agriculture in working with families and the theory, methods, and techniques of social work. Additionally, the thesis describes the role of social farms in social policy and their importance in working with families. The practical part of the thesis includes an analysis of the need for a social farm that focuses on working with families.
