Hlavní náplní této práce je shrnutí dostupných informací o možnostech detekce vybraných bakterií pomocí biosenzorů, které se jeví jako slibný nástroj pro včasnou detekci nežádoucích mikrobů. V první části jsou stručně zmíněni nejčastější původci kontaminace potravin. Abstract:
The main task of this thesis is to summarize available informations about detection of selected bacterias by biosensors which are promising tool for early detection of undesirable microbes. In the first part there are briefly mentioned most common food contamination agents.The main part is focused on the description of basic properties and components of biosensors.
