The prevention of specific learning disabilities at pre-school age

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je prevence specifických poruch učení v předškolním věku. Teoretická část přibližuje vývoj dítěte předškolního věku se zaměřením na školní zralost a školní připravenost, dále se zaměřuje na rizikové projevy dítěte v mateřské škole a na vliv rizikových projevů na školní úspěšnost. V rámci této oblasti se teorie dále zaměřuje na legislativní zabezpečení předškolního vzdělávání a Rámcový vzdělávací program. Závěr teoretické části popisuje možnosti prevence specifických poruch učení, její formy a seznamuje nás s možností stimulace deficitních funkcí. Praktická část analyzuje výsledky testu Rizika poruch čtení a psaní pro rané školáky. Zjišťuje, zda je použití testu možné již u dětí předškolního věku jako možné prevence vzniku specifických poruch učení. Na základě zjištěných výsledků stanovuje preventivní opatření zaměřená na rozvoj deficitních funkcí.

Abstract:

The theme of this Bachelor Thesis is the prevention of specific learning disabilities in pre-school age. The theoretical part describes the development of the pre-school child with a focus on school maturity and school readiness. Further it focuses on the child's risk manifestations in the kindergarten and on the impact of the consequences of risk manifestations on school success. Within this area, the theory also aims attention at the legislation of pre-school education and the Framework Educational Programme. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes the possibilities of prevention of specific learning disorders, its forms and introduces us to the possibility of stimulation of risk manifestations. The practical part analyzes the results of the Reading and Writing Risks for Early Schoolchildren Test. It detects whether the use of the test is already possible in preschool children as a possible prevention of specific learning disabilities. On the basis of the results, the preventive measures focused on the development of deficient functions are set.
