Drama Education Methods Use in Preschool Education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter s cílem zjistit, jak učitelky mateřských škol využívají principy a metody dramatické výchovy v rámci předškolního vzdělávání. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku dramatické výchovy v kontextu předškolního vzdělávání a na vymezení vybraných principů a metod. Empirická část využívá kvantitativního designu výzkumu, který byl zaměřen na využívání principů a metod dramatické výchovy učiteli a učitelkami mateřských škol. K získání dat sloužila metoda dotazníku, který byl respondentům zprostředkován online formou. Výsledky výzkumu popisují, že učitelky mateřských škol využívají většinu principů a metod dramatické výchovy, a že k jejich aplikaci dochází několikrát týdně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is theoretical and empirical in nature with the aim to find out how kindergarten teachers use the principles and methods of drama education in preschool education. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of drama education in the context of preschool education and the definition of the selected principles and methods. The empirical part uses a quantitative research design that focused on the use of principles and methods of drama education by male and female kindergarten teachers. A questionnaire method was used to collect the data, which was administered to the respondents online. The results of the research describe that kindergarten teachers use most of the principles and methods of drama education and that their application occurs several times a week.
