Tyto teze cílí na rozšíření univerzálního modelování vycházejícího z TIL do hlavního proudu service science. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle je univerzální modelování rozšířeno o modelovací vzory ”mention–use” a servisně orientovaný modelovací nástroj Servce Aspects Star.
