Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá předběžnými opatřeními Mezinárodního soudního dvora, a to konkrétně zatímními opatřeními. Zaměřuje se především na míru souladu mezi žádostmi o vydání zatímních opatření a konečnými opatřeními nařízenými Mezinárodním soudním dvorem. This bachelor thesis deals with interim measures of the International Court of Justice, namely provisional measures. It focuses mainly on the degree of consistency between requests for provisional measures and final measures ordered by the International Court of Justice.
