Abstract:
Anotace Bakalářská práce „Učební texty pro obor kuchař - číšník, předmět stolničení v moderní gastronomii – Slavnostní hostiny“ je zaměřena na učební texty, pomocná skripta, pro obor číšník, ve kterých se věnuji moderní gastronomii v oblasti slavnostních hostin.Texty by měli sloužit nejen začínajícím učitelům daného oboru, ale i žákům zejména třetího ročníku k přípravě na závěrečné zkoušky.

Annotation The Diploma Thesis „Teaching Texts for the Branch of Study for Waiters, the Subject – Serving in Modern Gastronomy – „Banquets“ deals with teaching texts and helpful textbooks determined for the branch of study for waiters in which I have focussed on modern gastronomy in the field of banquets.
