Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma personálního řízení v domově pro seniory v kontextu standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat mechanismy personálního řízení v návaznosti na standardy kvality sociálních služeb v domově pro seniory pohledem jeho zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The thesis is focus on the theme of personal management at homes for elderly people in the context of standards of quality of social services. The aim is to find and describe mechanisms of personal management as a follow up to the quality standards of social services at homes for elderly people by the view of employees.
