Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem náhradní rodinné výchovy. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá obecným výkladem některých částí zákona o rodině, především základním rodinně-právním vztahům. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the alternative family care. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first one deals with the general interpretation of the Family Act, especially with the basic family-law relationships.
