Cíl: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit podmínky, za kterých by muži šli na rodičovskou dovolenou. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 107 respondenty - muži, kteří jsou starší věku 18 let. Jednalo se o kvantitativní průzkum, který byl proveden pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, jenž byl tvořen 18 otázkami, které byly uzavřené. Objestives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to find out conditions, why would men go on parental leave. Methods: The research file consisted od 107 respondents - men over 18 years of age. It was a quantitative survey. The data was collected in the form of non-standardized questionnaire containing 18 questions, that were closed ones. It was available in printed and online versions.
