Development of opicions of registred partnershid in european states and in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se skládá z devíti kapitol. V úvodu je seznámení s problematikou, v druhé kapitola se zabývám homosexualitou obecně, ve třetí kapitole se věnuji historii politických práv homosexuálů, v následující kapitole objasňuji definici registrovaného partnerství a pátá, nejdůležitější kapitola, která je těžištěm celé práce popisuje registrované partnerství v jednotlivých evropských státech. V následující kapitole se zabývám výchovou dětí homosexuály, v další potom zeměmi, které neuznávají institut registrovaného partnerství. Předposlední kapitola zahrnuje vlastní výzkum a následuje závěr.

Abstract:

My baccalaureate project consist of nine chapters. In the prologue is identification with problems, in the second chapter I engage in homosexuality, in the thirth chapter I addict myself to history of political rights of gays, in the following chapter is the definition of registred partnership and the fifth, the central segment, I describe registred partnership in european states. In the next chapter I inquire into children education of homosexual couples, in the following chapter are informations countries, which don t accept the institution of registred partnership. The penult chapter includes research and than follows conclusion.
