Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a následnou optimalizací, vybraných podnikových procesů ve společnosti ROC - Galvanik s.r.o., kde teorie a praxe nejsou rozděleny, ale prolínají se v celém obsahu. Cílem práce je zvýšit efektivitu vybraných procesů.V práci je představena společnost, definovány základní pojmy procesního řízení a popsán význam optimalizace. The thesis focuses on the analysis and subsequent optimization of selected business processes at ROC - Galvanik s.r.o., where theory and practice are not divided, but are intertwined throughout the content. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of selected processes.
