Position of a solicitor in a criminal proceeding
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na základní principy obhajoby a obecnou roli obhájce v trestním řízení. Práce je rozdělena do pěti vzájemně propojených kapitol. Dotýká se problematiky práva na obhajobu, nutné obhajoby a vybraných zvláštních způsobů řízení v rámci trestního řízení.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on the basic principles of defence and the general role of the defence attorney in the criminal proceeding. The thesis is divided into five interconnected chapters. It touches on the issue of the right of defense, the necessary defense and the selected special methods of proceedings in the criminal proceeding.
