Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem žaloby na neplatnost. V první kapitole se zaměřuje na Soudní dvůr Evropské unie a jeho postavení. Velká část této práce se pak věnuje postavení neprivilegovaných žalobců. Dále jsou rozebírány podmínky, které musí tito žalobci splnit, aby podat žalobu na neplatnost. The present thesis is concerned with Action for Annulment. The first chapter focuses on the Court of Justice of the European Union and its role. A main part of this thesis focuses on the position of underprivileged applicants. Furthermore, it addresses the conditions that those applicants must meet in order to bring an action for annulment.
