Diplomová práce se zabývá angažovaností, motivací zaměstnanců firmy Renault a vnímání značky jako symbolizujícího jejich zaměstnanci v Čechách a na Slovensku. This thesis deals with involvement and motivation of employees in Renault. Also the perception of symbolic meaning in Czech republic and Slovakia. In first part of this thesis attention will be paid to theoretical part, where the main focus will be paid to characteristic of the main factors.
