Nádorová heterogenita u kolorektálního karcinomu

Tumour heterogeneity of colorectal cancer
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kolorektálního karcinomu a jeho cílenou protinádorovou léčbou. Ta je v současné době zvažována u pacientů na základě vyšetření mutačního stavu genu KRAS. Hlavní náplní praktické části byla analýza mutačního stavu genu KRAS u vybraných pacientů a na základě této analýzy stanovení míry heterogenity genu KRAS u daných tumorů.

This thesis deals with the issue of colorectal cancer and its target anticancer therapy, which is currently being considered for the patients based on the testing of mutational state of the KRAS gene.
