Reflection and self-reflection of physical education teachers

Abstract:

Magisterská práce poukazuje na důležitost reflexe a sebereflexe v osobnostním a profesním rozvoji učitele tělesné výchovy. Zabývá se rozvojem profesních kvalit pedagoga na základě využití metod a technik reflexe a sebereflexe. Cílem práce je zmapování způsobů reflexe a sebereflexe u vybraných učitelů tělesné výchovy a jejich využití pro profesní a osobnostní růst učitele. Šetření prokázalo, že tito učitelé považují reflexi i sebereflexi za nástroj profesního růstu, ale že chybí systematické vedení záznamů a smysluplná práce s nimi.

Abstract:

The thesis points out the importance of reflection and self-reflection in the personal and professional development of a physical education teacher. It deals with the development of the professional qualities of the teacher based on the use of methods and techniques of reflection and self-reflection. This work aims to map ways of reflection and self-reflection of selected physical education teachers and their use for the professional and personal growth of teachers. The investigation showed that these teachers consider reflection and self-reflection as a tool for professional growth, but that there is no systematic record-keeping and meaningful work with them.
