Comparison of administrative and judicial enforcement.
Abstract:
Tématem práce je porovnání exekuce správní a soudní. Práce se zabývá jednak historickým vývojem jak exekuce správní tak i soudní, a poté jednotlivými předpoklady jejich provedení. Zaměřuje se ale i na problematiku exekučních titulů a souběhu výkonů rozhodnutí. V neposlední řadě porovnává podmíky provedení exekuce správní a soudní.
Abstract:
The theme of the work is to compare administrative and judicial enforcement. The work deals with both the historical development as well as execution of administrative court, and then the individual requirements of their execution. But also focuses on the issue of titles and parallel execution of decisions. Finally, the performance compares Terms of use administrative and judicial enforcement.
