This bachelor thesis is based on analyzing the financial statement, in period 2004-2008, of company Centroprojekt a.s Zlin. Tato bakalářská práce je založena na analýze účetní závěrky, v období 2004-2008, společnosti Centroprojekt as Zlín. Za účelem určení její současné finanční situaci pro své manažery i investorům, aby se rozhodnutí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou částí.
