Abstract:

Anotace: Diplomová práce „Funkce sbormistra v operním souboru brněnského divadla, sborová praxe“ informuje čtenáře o historii sbormistrovské funkce v brněnské opeře. V této souvislosti jsem vytvořila podle almanachů Národního divadla Brno seznam osob, kteří se v minulosti podíleli na vedení operního sboru. Nejvyšší úrovně operní sbor dosáhl pod vedením doc. Mgr. Josefa Pančíka. Z tohoto důvodu se velká část práce zabývá touto významnou osobností brněnského kulturního dění - jeho curriculum vitae a profesní stránkou života Josefa Pančíka. Pro bližší seznámení s osobností Josefa Pančíka jsem zvolila formu rozhovoru. Vybraných členům operního sboru jsem předložila dotazník o jejich zaměstnání, nějaké názory v této práci také zveřejním. Do diplomové práce jsem zařadila kapitolu nejen o operním sborovém tělesu, které se pod jeho vedením těší z kladných kritik z většiny premiér, ale jméno Josef Pančík je neodmyslitelně spojeno s pojmem Brněnští madrigalisté, proto se část práce zabývá i tímto souborem. Vedením obou sborů dosáhly jeho profesní zkušenosti vrcholné sbormistrovské úrovně. Své poznatky předává posluchačům na Janáčkově akademii múzických umění v Brně právě v oboru sbormistrovství. Jeho absolventi jsou také úspěšní ve sbormistrovské práci, proto se některé kapitoly zmiňují o nejnadanějších studentech. Část práce se zaměřuje i mojí osobní zkušeností ve sborových tělesech. Pokusila jsem se porovnat způsob práce v jednotlivých souborech.

Abstract:

Anotation The diploma work „The function of a choirmaster in the opera choir of The National Theatre Brno, choir practice“ informs the reader about the history of the choirmaster´s job in the Brno opera. According to the almanacs of The National Theatre Brno I have made the list of people who undertook a function of a choirmaster during the past years. The opera choir of The National Theatre Brno reached the highest quality under the leadership of doc. Mgr. Josef Pančík. This is also the reason why I have concentrated the largest part of my diploma work on this significant person of the Brno cultural life. I have included his curriculum vitae and I have dealt particularly with the professional life of him. To get a lot of information about this person I have decided to use a form of an interview . I also asked some members of the opera choir to fill in a questionairre concerning their job, I have published some of their opinions in my work too. In my thesis I have included a chapter concerning not only the opera choir that, thanks to Josef Pančík, keeps being appreciated with very positive reviews after most premieres. The name of Josef Pančík cannot be thought apart from the term of Brno Madrigal Choir and that is why some chapters focus on this topic too. Thanks to the leadership of both choirs, his professional experience has reached the highest possible level. Josef Pančík also teaches at the Janáček Academy of Art and Music in Brno exactly in the section of choirmastering. His graduates are also very successful in this sphere, therefore some chapters of my diploma work target also the most talented of them. One part of my thesis focuses on my own experience with choirs. I have tried to compare a way of work in particular choirs.
