Diplomová práce se věnuje právu duševního vlastnictví a licencím. První část se zabývá průmyslovými právy, právy autorskými a jejich znaky. Druhá část se věnuje licencím obecně, vymezuje pojem a základní znaky. Třetí část předkládá význam účelu a předmětu licencí. Čtvrtá část popisuje jednotlivé druhy licencí a jejich charakteristiku.
