Tato práce se zabývala detekcí polymorfismu DNA markerů využitelných k identifikaci nových genů rezistence ječmene (Hordeum vulgare L.) k padlí travnímu (Erysiphe graminis, f. sp. Hordei L.). This diploma thesis was engaged in detection of polymorphism of DNA-markers in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) usable for identification of new resistance genes against powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis, f. sp.
