Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám návrhem domova pro integraci osob s mentálním a kombinovaným zdravotním postižením. Projekt domova je situován v k.ú. města Třeboň v ulici U Světa. Hlavní důraz je kladen na začlenění osob se zdravotním postižením do majoritní společnosti tou cestou, že navrhovaný objekt se snaží eliminovat veškeré prvky ústavního způsobu bydlení, a budoucím uživatelům nabízí bydlení rodinného typu, které klienty již nestaví do role pacientů. V první části této práce se snažím přiblížit současné poskytované sociální služby pro osoby se mentální nebo kombinovaným zdravotním postižením a u každého druhu uvést pár příkladů z Jihočeského kraje. Následující kapitola nám blíže vysvětluje pojem deinstitucinolizace a transformace ústavů a stručný vývoj sociálních služeb v 20. století. V kapitole „Nároky na bydlení osob s mentálním a kombinovaným zdravotním postižením“ se zaobírám kriterii na správný výběr lokality pro integraci osob. Kapitola „Architektonické požadavky bydlení pro osoby s mentálním a kombinovaným zdravotním postižením“ stanovuje požadavky z hlediska bezbariérovosti na jednotlivé místnosti objektu. Poslední částí je aplikační, která zohledňuje požadavky a doporučení z kapitol předešlých a výsledkem je projektová dokumentace domova pro integraci osob s mentálním a kombinovaným zdravotním postižením v Třeboni.

Abstract:

In my work I deal with the design of the home for the integration of people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. The project of home is located in the cadastral Třeboň town in the street U Světa. The main emphasis is on the integration of people with disabilities into mainstream society by the way, that the proposed facility is trying to eliminate all elements of the constitutional type of housing, and future offers users living family type that the client hasn´t built into the role of patients. In the first part of this study is to present the social services provided to persons with mental or multiple disabilities and for each type of state a few examples from the South Region. The following chapter explains the concept of us closer deinstitutionalization and transformation of institutions and brief development of social services in the 20th century. In the chapter "The demands on housing people with intellectual and multiple disabilities”, I treat the criteria for the right choice of location for the integration of persons. The chapter "Architectural requirements of housing for people with mental and multiple disabilities" defines the requirements in terms of accessibility for each room in the building. The last part is an application that takes into account the requirements and recommendations of the previous chapters and the result is a home project documentation for the integration of people with intellectual and multiple disabilities in Třeboň.
