Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje dospělosti osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje pojem mentální retardace a dospělosti a dále se zaměřuje na popis tří oblastí života - práci, bydlení a volný čas. Praktická část sleduje dvě zařízení sociálních služeb, jejichž cílovou skupinou jsou lidé s mentálním postižením. Charakterizuje jejich činnost a způsob, jak práci, bydlení a volný čas zabezpečí. Cíl práce: popsat, porovnat dvě organizace působící ve Frýdku -Místku Jakým způsobem zajistí zaměstnání , bydlení, trávení volného času

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis concerns itself with the adulthood of people with mental disability. The theoretical part defines the term "mental retardation" and "adulthood" after which it focuses on describing three major parts of life - work, housing, and leisure. The practical part focuses on two social service organizations whose target group are mentally disabled people. The thesis describes their work and the way the organizations provide them with work, housing, and leisure. Dissertation topic: To describe and compare two independent organizations placed in Frýdek Místek city with focus on their capability to help to find a job, accommodation and free-time activity for adults with the mental handicap
