Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Med a jeho vliv na zdraví člověka" je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část krátce popisuje vznik a zpracování medu a věnuje se jeho fyzikálním a chemickým vlastnostem. Práce se dále zabývá účinky medu a nemocemi, které je možné medem léčit nebo jim úplně předejít. Také jsou zde krátce zmíněny ostatní včelí produkty a jejich účinky na lidský organismus. Bachelor thesis "Honey and its effects on human health" consists of a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part briefly describes origin and processing of honey and is concerned with its physical and chemical properties.
