Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich řízení v OREA Resortu Horizont. Je strukturována do dvou celků, a to části teoretické a části praktické. První část je zaměřena na literární rešerši nákladů - na jejich kvalifikaci, metody členění a nástroje pro jejich řízení.
