Práce se zabývá fenoménem entomofágie, neboli konzumace hmyzu, v České republice a zbytku Evropy. V první části stručně popisuje nejnovější vývoj entomofágie. Zabývá se Evropou po roce 2010 a Českou republikou po roce 2001. Vyjmenovává a popsuje hlavní české průkopníky a šiřitele entomofágie. Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to describe the phenomenon of entomophagy in the Czech Republic and the rest of Europe. In the first part, the latest development of the situation of entomophagy is briefly described. It deals with Europe after 2010 and the Czech Republic after 2001.
