Zámerom diplomovej práce je analýza súčasného umeleckého prostredia v sociálnom kontexte podľa teórie Pierra Bourdieua. Práca pojednáva o subjektoch umeleckého poľa, ktoré ako sieť objektívnych vzťahov determinujú tendencie vývoja umeleckých preferencií, hodnotenia a interpretácií.
