Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám vytvořením muzikoterapeutického programu s prvky reminiscence pro skupinu seniorů. Má nabízet inspiraci pro jiné programy, nesmí být však chápán jako doslovný návod pro vytváření muzikoterapeutického, či reminiscenčního programu pro jiné skupiny seniorů a to z toho důvodu, že každá skupina je individuální a této skutečnosti je nutné přizpůsobit i aktivity. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky z oblasti muzikoterapie do které spadá i definice hudby, jakožto hlavního nástroje muzikoterapeutických programů. Dále se zabývá reminiscenční terapií, tedy vzpomínáním se seniory. Skupině seniorů je zde věnována samostatná kapitola. V praktické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé muzikoterapeutické lekce s prvky reminiscence, které byly vytvořeny pro klienty z Domova kněžny Emmy, domova pro seniory Neratovice. Těchto lekcí se uskutečnilo pět. Jednalo se o otevřenou skupinu, tudíž na lekce mohl přijít každý klient z domova. Na závěr této kapitoly pak hodnotím, které aktivity byly pro tyto klienty nejvhodnější a z jakého důvodu. Vycházím přitom z jejich zpětných reflexí, které měli možnost říci na konci každé lekce.

Abstract:

In this final essay, I am concerned with creation of musical-therapeutic program with reminiscence elements for a group of seniors. It is supposed to offer an inspiration for other programs, although cannot be understood as a literal manual for creating musical-therapeutic or reminiscence programs for other groups of seniors. Each group is individual and due to this fact, their activities have to be adjusted. Beginning of this work concentrates on theoretical knowledge in the area of musical therapy, where also the definition of music belongs, which is the main instrument for musical-therapeutic programs. It is also occupied by the reminiscence therapy, which means recollecting memories with seniors. There is an entire chanter dedicated to the group of seniors. The practical part consists of analyses of individual musical-therapeutic lessons with reminiscence elements, created for the clients of Domov kněžny Emmy in Neratovice. There was five of these lessons. It was an open group, which means that any client could come to the lessons. At the end of the chapter, I assess which were the most convenient activities and for what reason. All is based on their feedback, expressed in the end of each lesson.
