Diplomová práce je zaměřena na motivaci dětí ve školní družině z pohledu vychovatelů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit základní pojmy týkající se tématu, jako jsou motivace, školní družina, vychovatel a dítě v období mladšího školního věku. The diploma thesis is focused on the motivaton of children in the after school club from the educator´s point of view. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
