Diplomová práce se zabývá internetovými vyhledávači v kontextu učitelské práce a přípravy. První část práce je věnována teorii vyhledávání a sociologického výzkumu. Druhá část shrnuje průzkum, který byl proveden mezi učiteli cizích jazyků. Pomocí dotazníků autorka zjišťovala, jaké jsou schopnosti a dovednosti učitelů, co se týče vyhledávání na internetu.
