Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá odlivem mozků z Ústeckého kraje. Cílem je zhodnotit motivaci k migraci vzdělaných lidí z Ústeckého kraje a bariéry jejich dalšího pobytu v regionu po absolvování studia. V úvodní část je představení migrace jako celku a koncepty, které se tím zabývají s přesahem do regionálního rozvoje. Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is the brain drain from the Usti region. The target is to evaluate the motivation behind the migration of educated people from the Usti region and find barriers for their stay in the region after finishing their studies.
