Abstract:
Bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme charakterom a obsahom práce vedúceho pobočky banky. V prvej, teoretickej časti vymedzujeme, čo je to charakter a obsah práce. Ďalej popisujeme manažment, jednotlivé manažérske funkcie a v závere definujeme čo je to banka. V druhej kapitole analyzujeme konkrétny charakter a obsah práce riaditeľky pobočky banky formou rozhovoru.
