Proposal of organizational practices in private healthcare facility
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh organizačních postupů v soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení, které nemá doposud zkušenosti s vedením a organizováním středně velké společnosti. Proto cílem práce je zanalyzovat stávající organizační postupy, navrhnout případnou úpravu těchto postupů, eventuálně navrhnout nové možnosti řešení.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor`s thesis is a proposal of organizational procedures in a private healthcare facility without a medium business management experience. The aim of the thesis is a clear and comprehensive analysis and a proposal of new solutions to the company`s managerial incompetence.
