The Analysis of Costs in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve firmě Denesa s.r.o. cílí na podrobnou analýzu nákladů v letech 2017, 2018 a 2019. Tuto práci tvoří dvě části. První část se zaměřuje na rozbor literárních zdrojů zabývajících se definováním nákladů, způsoby klasifikace nákladů, modelováním nákladové funkce a v závěru analýzou bodu zvratu. Cílem teoretické části je příprava podkladů pro praktickou část bakalářské práce. Po úvodním představení firmy začíná praktická část bakalářské práce. Ta obsahuje analýzu nákladů pomocí druhového členění, členění v závislosti na objemu výroby a rozdělení na přímé a nepřímé náklady. Dále analýzu sestavení nákladové funkce a analýza bodu zvratu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné nedostatky a navržena vhodná doporučení, která mají vést ke zlepšení situace do budoucna např. rozšíření finančního účetnictví o manažerské, úspor materiálu nebo investice.

Abstract:

My Bachelor Thesis, titled The Analysis of Costs and its control in the company Denesa s.r.o., is aimed to detailed cost analysis in years 2017, 2018 and 2019. The Bachelor Thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains research of literature focused on definitions of costs, generic cost classification, cost modelling, and in the end break-even point. The goal of the Theoretical Part is to summarize and implement referenced literature sources into the Practical Part. After the introduction of the company begins The Practical Part. The Practical part contains costs analysis according to the type, the division into fixed and variable costs and the division into direct and indirect cost. Further is this part focused on break-even point and assembly of cost function. In the end of Bachelor Thesis are summarized identified deficiencies and proposed appropriate recommendations, which should improve the situation in the future for example: use of managerial accounting, material savings or investments.
