Hlavním tématem diplomové práce jsou etické kodexy na magistrátech statutárních měst v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem je vyhodnotit význam etických kodexů pro praktickou činnost magistrátů statutárních měst, porovnat přístup jednotlivých statutárních měst a navrhnout případná doporučení. The main topic of diploma thesis is codes of ethics at the municipal offices of the statutory cities in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
