Identification of company's atmosphere

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá identifikací pracovníků s atmosférou panující v pracovním prostředí podniku. V teoretické části se práce podrobněji zabývá popisem podnikové kultury. Především jejím vznikem, rozvojem a čím vším je ovlivněna. Pojednává také o jejím významu pro efektivitu podniku a o celkovém vlivu na atmosféru firmy. Dále se diplomová práce zabývá teorií motivace. Nejdříve seznamuje s obecným úvodem do této problematiky, v další části rozebírá jednotlivé teorie motivace. Tato část vychází především z kompilační práce K. B. Madsena. V praktické části je pojednáno o komunikační společnosti v otázkách podnikové kultury, především pak podnikové atmosféry. Tato část práce vychází z dotazníku předloženého zaměstnancům a klade si za cíl podrobně popsat situaci v podniku a reakce firmy na výsledky analýzy. Dále seznamuje s udržením těchto změn v podniku.

Abstract:

The main topic of this work is the identidication of company’s workers with its climate. The theoretic part of work refers to company’s culture. Especially to its creation and consequential functioning. Handles its dependancies and importance for the effectiveness of the company and finally about its influence on the whole company’s climate. In the next segment of the teoretic part there is the theory of motivation described. It is divided in two parts, the first introduces us into the topic of motivation, describing various concepts of the subject. In the second part there are several theories of motivation handled. This section is based above all on the work of K.B. Madsen, an American psychologist. In the practical part of this work an comunication company is introduced. There was an questionaire presented to the staff. Results of the questionaire are the basis for the analysis of company’s climate. The rest of the work apprises us with reactions of the company´s management on these results. And finally it shows how the changes were holded.
