Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Společným regionálním operačním programem, který byl v programovém období 2004 {--} 2006 programem rozvoje regionů a posílení konkurenceschopnosti České republiky. This thesis investigates the Joint regional operational programme, that served as Czech regional development and overall competitiveness reinforcement programme during 2004 {--} 2006 period .
