Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem institutu výpovědi z nájmu bytu a domu v novém občanském zákoníku (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb.). Práce si klade za cíl jednak analyzovat ustanovení nového občanského zákoníku upravující výpověď z nájmu bytu a domu, srovnat právní úpravu nového občanského kodexu s účinným občanským zákoníkem a v neposlední řadě zhodnotit dopady nové právní úpravy na postavení nájemce a pronajimatele …more
