Current problems of the labor market in the slected region

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými problémy na trhu práce v okrese Rokycany. Téma tohoto typu bylo autorkou zvoleno z důvodu jeho aktuálnosti. V práci jsou postupně charakterizovány nejdůležitější pojmy související s tímto tématem, jimiž jsou například trh práce, nabídka a poptávka na trhu práce nezaměstnanost a její typy a podobně. Analýza trhu práce na Rokycansku probíhala s využitím dat z webových stránek Českého statistického úřadu, Úřadu práce a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí. Následně proběhla analýza prostřednictvím výzkumného šetření v podobě dotazníku. Pomocí získaných výsledků došlo k identifikaci problémů na trhu práce a poté byla v práci navrhnuta opatření k odstranění těchto problémů. Celkovým přínosem bakalářské práce je prezentace aktuálních dat o trhu práce v okrese Rokycany a zvýšení povědomí o tomto tématu. Zároveň práce poskytuje doporučení pro zlepšení situace na místním trhu práce.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the current problems on the labour market in the Rokycany district. The topic of this type was chosen by the author because of its topicality. The thesis consists of the most important concepts related to this topic, such as the labour market, supply and demand on the labour market, unemployment and its types, etc. are gradually characterised in the thesis. The analysis of the labour market in the Rokycany district was carried out using data from the websites of Český statistický úřad, Úřad práce and Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. Subsequently, the analysis was carried out through a research survey in the form of a questionnaire. Using the results obtained, it occurred to identifying problems on the labour market and then also to elimination of these problems. The overall aquisition of the bachelor's thesis is the presentation of current data on the labour market in the Rokycany district and raising awareness of this topic. At the same time, the thesis provides recommendations for improving the situation on the local labour market.
