Tématem bakalářské práce je spokojenost zákazníků s nabídkou kavárenského zařízení Coolna Bílovec Z&M s.r.o. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků s nabídkou vybrané kavárny a čajovny a vytvořit návrh změn stávající nabídky. The topic of the bachelor thesis is customer satisfaction with the offer of the café Coolna Bílovec Z&M s.r.o.
