Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na ocenění pozemku s nemovitými věcmi podle zákona o oceňování majetku a oceňovací vyhlášky. Cílem diplomové práce je určit administrativní cenu vybraného funkčního celku, tj. pozemku a jeho součástí ve vybrané lokalitě, na základě specifikovaného účelu, a to ve vybraných letech. The thesis is focused on valuation of land with immovables according to the property valuation act and valuation notice. The aim of the master thesis is to determine the administrative price of a selected functional unit, i.e., a piece of land and its components at a selected location, based on a specified purpose, and this is to be done for selected years.
