E-mailing automation in an e-commerce environment

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout konkrétní značce, provozující e-shop, strategii pro e-mailingovou automatizaci, kterou mohou v určité obměně aplikovat i další značky pohybující se v e-commerce prostředí. Bakalářská práce přináší rešerši k tématu e-mailingové automatizace v e-commerce. Důvodem výběru tohoto tématu je rozšíření povědomí o této marketingové praktice, která je pro mnoho provozovatelů e-shopů stále velkou neznámou, a to hlavně z důvodu náročnějšího technického nastavení a také chybějících informací k této problematice.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis aims to propose a strategy for email automation to a specific brand operating an online store, which could be applied by other brands in this environment to an extent. This thesis provides research on the topic of email automation in the e-commerce environment. The reason for choosing this topic is to raise awareness of this marketing strategy which is a new territory for many eshop operators, mainly due to the challenging technical setup and lack of information dealing with this issue.
