The use of conditioning occupational therapy in the treatment of dementia in the elderly
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou demence u seniorů a jejich léčbou s pomocí kondiční ergoterapie. V práci jsou stručně popsány některé druhy demence a je uvedeno několik známých a používaných nefarmakologických intervencí, které může ergoterapeut ve své praxi využít.
Abstract:
This work deals with the issue of dementia in seniors and its treatment with the help of fitness occupational therapy. The work briefly describes some types of dementia and lists several known and used non-pharmacological interventions that an occupational therapist can use in his practice.
