Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je personální řízení (přijímání nových pracovníků).Cílem práce je zkoumat rizika a problémy během přijímacího řízení.Na základě získaných informací se snažím zformulovat lepší postupy a způsoby snížení rizika pro správný výběr uchazečů.
Abstract:
The theme of the thesis is the personal management (acceptation of workers). The purpose of this work is to study the risks and problems during recruitment. I'm trying to formulate best practices and ways to reduce risk for the proper selection of candidates.
