Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá systém benefitů a motivaci zaměstnanců, jejím cílem je na základě provedené analýzy navrhnout zlepšení systému benefitů a definovat doporučení vedoucí k zvýšení motivace ve vybrané organizaci. Pro úspěšný chod organizací jsou zaměstnanci klíčovým prvkem. Efektivní motivace zaměstnanců zvyšuje nejen produktivitu a kvalitu vykonávané práce, ale také loajalitu vůči zaměstnavateli. Jedním z nástrojů ke zvýšení motivace, mohou být zaměstnanecké benefity. Jejich nabídka je v dnešní době široká, organizace se chtějí odlišit od svých konkurentů nejen finančními podmínkami, ale také širokou nabídkou benefitů. V důsledku vysoké konkurence jsou organizace nuceny neustále vylepšovat a zkoumat nejen své nabídky benefitů, ale také další motivační faktory u stávajících zaměstnanců, jakož i u nových generací na trhu práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis examines the system of benefits and a motivation of employees, its goal is due to the analysis to propound an improvement of the system of benefits and define recommendations leading to increase the motivation in the selected organization. Employees are the crucial element for a successful functioning of the organization. The efficient motivation of employees increases not just the productivity and quality of the work but also a loyalty for the employer. One of the tools to increase a motivation of employees might be the system of benefits. Nowadays the offering of benefits is very wide, organizations want to offer a different benefits unlike their competitors not only in financial terms but also in wide selection of benefits. Due to a high competition organizations are forced to constantly improve and examine not only their offer of benefits but also a motivational factors of their current employees and also new generations on the labour market.
